This video was created for Global Detroit to tell the story of Goodpluck founder, Chening Duker. Chening took part in Global Detroit’s Global Entrepreneur in Residence program, which partners international business founders with Michigan universities to launch startups and create jobs in Southeast Michigan. Chening grew up in Ghana and the UK and always knew he wanted to start a business. Once in the U.S. in Detroit he started Goodpluck, a produce delivery service utilizing technology to partner Michigan farmers with consumers.

I worked with the Global Detroit team to tell Chening’s story, and filmed this piece at Newlab at Michigan Central and Brother Nature Produce in Corktown.
