Enligthen U is Eastern Michigan University’s podcast to help college students discover they are not alone in their mental health struggles. I have been working with the EMU team since episode 1 on the filming and editing of Enlighten U. We have covered a wide range of important mental health topics like burnout, social media, grief and loss, finance, developmental disabilities, fear of failure, loneliness and many more.

Each episode is hosted by the two wonderful co-hosts, Lolita Cummings and Melissa Thrasher and insightful mental health expert, Aesha Mustafa. We also have a great team of student interns who help us bring it all together and promote the podcast.
