The Downtown Detroit Partnership’s annual Development Report highlights the ongoing transformation of Downtown Detroit through real estate development and public infrastructure projects. This 50–60 page report organizes recently completed projects, those under construction and pipeline developments into a clear, accessible format. I design the full report each year, creating clean layouts that balance photography, project details, maps and data to give readers an engaging snapshot of the city’s development. Over the years, the report has featured major projects such as Hudson’s, Michigan Central, City Modern and Book Tower.
