Downtown Detroit Partnership is a non-profit organization focused on driving economic and social impact in Detroit’s urban core. I’ve worked with DDP on their annual reports for many years, building on their brand and style to maintain a consistent look while evolving the design to keep it fresh and engaging. These 40-60 page reports primarily tell the story of DDP’s work through thoughtfully designed layouts featuring text, photography and key visuals. I also create custom maps, timelines, data visualizations and charts that support and enhance the narrative, helping readers understand the impact of DDP’s work in parks and public spaces, Business Improvement Zone, data, urban innovation, downtown safety and events.
